College of Professional and Continuing Education (CPCE) was founded in 2002 as a self-financed college of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). CPCE oversees the operation and development of its two educational units, namely Hong Kong Community College (HKCC) and School of Professional Education and Executive Development (SPEED), with the aim of fostering synergy in providing quality education.

Division of Social Sciences, Humanities and Design
Administrative Assistant I/II (part-time) (Ref. 260515-02)
[Appointment period: twelve months]
Duties
The appointee will be required to:
(a) provide administrative support to the Division;
(b) provide clerical support for marketing activities and student admissions;
(c) maintain websites and social media platforms;
(d) liaise with units of CPCE and PolyU, as well as external service vendors, and
(e) perform any other duties as assigned.
The appointee will normally work 2 to 3 days per week on weekdays and/or weekends.
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
(a) a recognised associate degree/higher diploma with at least two years of relevant experience;
(b) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage;
(c) good interpersonal and communication skills;
(d) good computing skills;
(e) strong attention to detail, and
(f) positive work attitude, self-motivation and a sense of responsibility.
Applicants with a recognised degree but less experience will also be considered.

An attractive remuneration rate will be offered.
